The Economic Development Program is a publicly-funded organization created to help companies establish or expand operations within our Hometown. We work with local business owners, entrepreneurs, and startups to strengthen the local economy. An additional function of the organization is to offer new and existing companies the financial, job training, and site location assistance required to be successful in Charlotte. We also provide assistance with development by guiding prospective firms through the process of identifying potential suppliers and making connections with appropriate community leaders and other businesses.
